The nose is fruity and offers a certain small concentration and a good definition. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of violet plum associated with touches of sweet blond tobacco, local grove, chocolate and a discreet hint of thyme and olive tree (in the background). On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, violet and small notes of pulpy plum associated with touches of tangy/pulpy raspberry as well as hints of olive tree, tonka bean, a subtle toasted hint, sweet blond tobacco, hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of rosemary (in the background). Good length. Tannins are well-built. Good persistence.
