The nose is fresh and offers a small fruit as well as a fine sharp side. It reveals notes of crunchy green apple, fresh zest and slight hints of caviar lemon associated with fine hints of kumquat zest. The palate is fruity and offers a nice acidulous frame, freshness, a nice tension/energy, precision and a lot of dynamism/energy. The effervescence is very fine, energetic and offers a good work of bitterness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of zest, mesocarp and small notes of crunchy/tangy green apple associated with touches of white flowers, hints of small acidulous small fruits as well as hints of limestone/flint. Very fine hints of toasted almond on the finish/persistence.
