Abbazia Santa Anastasia – Baccante 2017 – Sicilia IGT

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a fine minerality. It reveals notes of fresh apple, fresh lemon and small notes of fresh/crunchy pineapple combined with small touches of nutmeg and a hint of spices. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers a small bite side, an acidulous frame and tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh yellow apple, crunchy peach and small notes of lemon associated with small touches of mesocarp, fine hints of yellow fruits, a hint of yellow flowers as well as a subtle hint of pineapple and a very discreet hint of fresh sage, orange leaf and nutmeg (in the background).
