Vaccaro – Timé 2020, Grillo – Sicilia IGT

The nose offers intensity, a fine grain, a little richness (in finesse), a slight complexity and a certain small richness. It reveals notes of juicy quince, small yellow fruits and small notes of almond associated with touches of kumquat, sage, a discreet hint of small fruits as well as a discreet hint of anise and beeswax. The palate is fruity and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a certain juiciness, gourmandize and a certain brightness of the fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/tangy mandarin, pineapple and a small notes of quenette associated with touches of acidulous small yellow fruits as well as hints of lilac, small yellow flowers and a subtle hint of beeswax.
