The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, a nice brightness of the fruit, a good definition, a certain suavity and fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy apricot, green apple and small notes of pink grapefruit associated with small touches of caviar lemon, lemon blossom, a subtle hint of fresh pineapple, nutmeg. A fine chalky side and notes of toasted almond on the finish/persistence. A discreet hint of rose on the persistence.
