Fondo Antico – Grillo Parlante 2020 – Sicilia IGT

The nose is fresh, flowery and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of grapefruit, lemon blossom and small notes of lemon associated with a touch of passion fruit and a discreet hint of rose. The palate is fruity, full of finesse/delicacy and offers juiciness, suavity, a certain gourmandize and a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy lemon, pink grapefruit and small notes of lily of the valley/lemon tree flowers associated with small touches of passion fruit, crushed quenette, a subtle hint of rose and nutmeg. Good length. A fine tannic side and a subtle chewiness on the finish/persistence.
