Colomba Bianca – Resilience 2020 – Sicilia IGT

The nose is fresh, flowery. It reveals notes of verbena, lemon blossom and small notes of papaya associated with small touches of lychee, rose petal and fine hints of citrus. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, roundness, a small straightness and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed quince, yellow nectarine and small notes of crushed small yellow fruits combined with a touch of crushed Williams pear, honey and a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut/almost brown butter. A small power on the finish/persistence.
