The nose is racy, tight. This wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of fresh pear, fresh small exotic fruits and a small notes of grapefruit combined with a discreet hint of zest, slight hints of iodine and roasting. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, tension, a certain brightness of the fruit, a finely acid frame and a fine iodized side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/juicy/pulpy apple, grapefruit and small notes of kumquat associated with small touches of quenette, fine hints of fresh flowers and limestone. Good length. A discreet chalky hint on the finish/persistence.
