On the palate this wine expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, pulpy damask plum and more slightly fleshy gariguette strawberry associated with touches of cornflowers, violet as well as fine hints of blueberry, liquorice, with a discreet hint of sweet blond tobacco and chocolate. The palate is fruity, fresh and offers juiciness, suavity, a little gourmandize, a certain finesse as well as certain concentration / richness. The wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, fleshy strawberry and more slightly blueberry associated with touches of damask plum, cornflower as well as fine hints of chocolate, toasted hazelnut, black tea and caramelization. The tannins are well-built and finely marked.
