The nose offers a small concentration, a fine power, a fine / discreetly tight texture. It reveals notes of raspberry, pepper and more slightly aromatic herbs associated with touches of cassis, boysenberry as well as discreet hints of place, dried bay leaf and tea. The palate is mineral, fruity and offers a mineral structure, a very fine straightness as well as a fine suavity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, fresh / pulpy raspberry and more slightly cherry associated with a touch of plum plum as well as fine hints of liquorice, with a discreet hint of tobacco. The tannins are well-built. A fine chew on the finish / persistence.
