The nose is flowery, elegant, racy and offers a fine, tight side. It reveals notes of fresh cherry, raspberry and more slightly cornflowers, lily associated with fine hints of bay laurel, with an imperceptible hint of rosemary and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, some minerality, energy as well as a little fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy raspberry, juicy cherry and more slightly fresh blackberry associated with a touch of plum, flowers, with fine hints of sense of place, black tea, with a discreet hint licorice. The tannins are precise, finely firm and racy. Good length. A small biterness on the end of the mouth / persistence.
