The nose is fruity and offers a fine, discreetly tight concentration. It reveals notes of luscious cherry, bright red plum and more slightly wild blackberry associated with hints of licorice, plum and local grove / sense of place. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a fresh / mineral frame as well as a certain roundness and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, strawberry and more slightly of cherry blossoms, rose, violet as well as a hint of cassis, tobacco, with a subtle hint of clove. The tannins are finely powdery and finely marked.
