The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, juiciness, precision and a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy raspberry, cherry and more lightly cornflower associated with touches of liquorice, nutmeg as well as fine hints of chocolate, toasted hazelnut. The tannins are precise, a little firm, finely tight. A flowery persistence.
