The nose is spicy and offers a touch of dried flowers. It reveals notes of cassis, small red berries and more slightly rose associated with fine touches of spices, local grove, a discreet hint of bay laurel and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a little freshness, minerality, good definition, a fine gourmandize, a little intensity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, cherry and more slightly of small wild red berries associated with touches of bay berries of laurel, lilac, rose as well as fine hints of almond and nail clove.
