The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers power, gourmandize, a certain small concentration. It reveals notes of boysenberry, bright blue berries and more slightly crushed strawberries associated with touches of plum blossom, lilac as well as delicate hints of cornflower and Bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity, all in harmony and offers minerality, juiciness, suavity, a mineral frame, a good definition, a certain gourmandize, tension, accuracy, minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, violet, juicy purple plum and more slightly ripe wild red berries associated with touches of rosemary, cornflowers, oleander, cinnamon as well as fine tips. Bourbon vanilla, toasted hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of sichuan pepper (in the background). The tannins are racy and elegant.
