It reveals notes of local grove, rose, small red fruits associated with touches of blueberry, violet, fine hints of spices, tobacco and a discreet hint of pepper (in the background). On the palate it is fruity, racy and offers minerality, a little freshness, a fine tension. There are notes of fresh cherry / blackberry, small red berries and more slightly rose, cherry blossoms, violet as well as a hint of fresh cassis, with fine hints of zan, tobacco, a subtle hint of local grove / bay laurel. The tannins are racy. A subtle hint of chocolate on the finish.
