On the nose it is fruity and it offers a very fine richness, a small concentration, a fine grain as well as a fine spicy side. It reveals the notes of raspberry, crushed red berries and slightly cornflower associated with touches of wild blackberry and discreet hints of pepper. On the palate it is fruity, balanced and offers minerality, freshness, good definition, a certain gourmandize as well as a fine richness / concentration. The wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, strawberry and more slightly pulpy blackberry associated with touches of crushed cassis, liquorice, fine hints of toasted almond as well as a hint of hazelnut and caramelization. Presence of a very discreet touch of sense of place in the background.
