On the nose offers a small power as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of cherry, raspberry and rose associated with touches of fresh violet as well as a discreet hint of lily and fine hints of pepper. On the palate it is fruity, finely tight and offers minerality, suavity, a tangy frame, good definition, a certain gourmandize as well as tension. The wine expresses notes of pulpy cherry, raspberry and more slightly pulpy cassis associated with touches of ripe red berries, rose, lily as well as fine hints of sense of place, with a discreet hint of vanilla, liquorice and an imperceptible hint of black tea. Presence of a very discreet hint of crushed almond on the persistence.
