The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers a nice floral side, controlled power, a little exuberant side as well as a peppery / spicy side. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, pepper and more slightly camphor associated with touches of small wild fruits, hints of cocoa, lily, racy minerality as well as a discreet hint of black pepper, coffee, dried cornflower and a very discreet hint of star anise. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, gourmandize, a nice definition, tension, a certain gourmandize as well as a nice guildine.This wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy cherry, juicy / pulpy raspberry and redcurrants associated with touches of fresh / juicy blueberry, crushed berries as well as hints of pepper, cocoa, nutmeg and a subtle hint of black pepper.
