On the nose it is a little closed and offers a fine power / concentration. It reveals notes of wild cherry, dried strawberry and more slightly cassis associated with touches of violet, fine hints of local grove as well as a discreet hint of licorice and pepper. On the palate it is fruity and offers minerality, a juicy / mineral structure, good definition as well as a certain gourmandize. The wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy raspberry, pulpy cherry and more slightly violet associated with touches of cassis fresh, with hints of vanilla as well as very discreet hints of local grove, rose petal and tonka bean.
