Pelissero – Barbaresco DOCG 2018 Nubiola, Treiso

On the nose it is fresh, fruity and offers a certain generosity of the fruit. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, blackberry and more slightly small red berries associated with touches of blueberry as well as fine hints of sweet blond tobacco. On the palate it is balanced, racy, fruity and offers juiciness, a nice freshness, minerality, good definition as well as a certain gourmandize. The wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, pulpy raspberry and more slightly of plum associated with touches of violet, lilac, with fine tips of pulpy / juicy fig, blond tobacco, oleander, of chocolate as well as a subtle hint of good bitterness and pepper. Good length. Presence of discreet hints of vanilla essence on the finish / persistence.
