On the nose it offers a little richness (all in control and freshness), a little controlled power as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of fleshy / juicy strawberry, violet and more slightly fleshy plum associated with touches of crushed cassis, a fine tip of fig, rosemary, pepper as well as a discreet hint of bay leaf and olive oil. ‘spices. On the palate it is fruity, balanced and offers elegance, minerality, nice juiciness as well as nice preservation of the fruit.  The wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, bright currants and more slightly of small red plums associated with touches of rose, violet, fine hints of rosemary, bay leaf as well as a subtle hint of racy minerality and pepper. Presence of a hint of good bitterness on the finish / persistence.
