On the nose it is fruity and offers a certain delicacy as well as juiciness. It reveals notes of luscious cherry, luscious currants and more slightly rose associated with touches of small fresh flowers as well as fine hints of blue berries and sour cherry. On the palate it is fruity, balanced, all in elegance (and mastery) and offers a juicy / mineral structure. The wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, bright raspberry and more slightly pulpy cassis associated with touches of small fresh flowers, juicy / fresh small blue fruits, with hints of nutmeg, cardamom as well as’ with discreet hints of sweet blond tobacco and vanilla. Good length. The tannins are supple. Presence of a fine hint of good bitterness on the finish / persistence.
