On the nose is finely tight and offers a little concentration as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of cherry, candied raspberry and more lightly of cherry blossoms associated with an imperceptible hint of lilac and pepper. On the palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, a tangy structure, minerality, a little fat as well as some tension. The wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, pulpy cherry and more slightly of small tangy / crunchy red berries associated with touches of fresh flowers, hints of fresh licorice, rosemary as well as a subtle hint of lilac and cherry blossoms including the goodness of the bitterness. The tannins are discreetly firm.
