On the nose it is fruity and offers a little concentration, a certain richness. It reveals notes of blackcurrant, crushed wild raspberry and more slightly of fairly ripe red berries associated with touches of rose, cherry blossoms, fine hints of local grove and a very discreet hint of cuben pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, richness, tension, a little smoothness, a certain gourmandize, a tangy frame, well-managed palatability. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, crushed cherry and more slightly crushed red plum associated with a touch of acidulous / pulpy blackberry as well as hints of liquorice / cardamom, sweet blond tobacco, with a subtle hint. bay laurel, with a discreet hint of chocolate, vanilla and a subtle saline hint. The tannins are structuring and discreetly tight. A fine hint of good bitterness / local grove on the persistence.
