On the nose it is fresh and offers a small concentration and a fine complexity. It reveals notes of cherry, mashed blackberry and more slightly Quetsche plum associated with fine hints of liquorice, cherry blossoms / white flowers and a discreet hint of zan / spices. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, smoothness, minerality, a fine straightforwardness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy cherry, redcurrant and more slightly small red berries associated with touches of plum, fine hints of local grove, a subtle hint of zan and tobacco leaf. A fine touch of chocolate on the persistence.
