The nose is fruity and offers power, a fine milky side as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of blueberry candy, raspberry and more slightly crushed red berries associated with hints of liquorice. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy structure, minerality, freshness, roundness, a little fattiness as well as a fine creaminess. This wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, bright redcurrants and more slightly violet associated with touches of blackberry, plum, fine hints of lilac, rose as well as a discreet hint of liquorice and of blond tobacco. There is a subtle almond breast and a very discreet hint of the varietal in the background. The tannins are mellow.
