The nose is spicy, fresh, discreetly tight and offers a certain small concentration as well as a certain intensity. It reveals notes of mirabelle plum, yellow apple and small notes of nutmeg associated with touches of apple blossoms as well as a subtle hint of roasted pineapple, spices and a hint of lychee. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, spicy, finely tight and offers tension, a small concentration, a beautiful minerality as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy yellow apple, quénette, plum and small notes of kumquat zest associated with touches of nutmeg, spices, roasted pineapple, discreet hints of brioche, a subtle hint of acacia flowers and toast. Good length. A beautiful work on bitterness. A very discreet salinity in the background.
