The nose is fruity, racy and offers minerality as well as a certain “ richness in lightness ”. There are notes of quince, candied lemon and small notes racy / terroir minerality associated with small touches of fresh saffron, candied mirabelle plum as well as discreet hints of flowers, spices and an imperceptible hint of spices. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a certain richness in lightness, a discreet tightness, a nice freshness, a certain small purity of the fruit, a finely tight grain as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / crushed yellow apple, quince and small notes fleshy plum associated with touches of pineapple, star fruit as well as a discreet hint of beeswax, eucalyptus, fine hints of candied orange zest and an imperceptible hint of spices. Good length. Beautiful acidulous on the finish / persistence. Beautiful spicy notes and biscuity notes on the persistence.
