The nose is elegant, fresh and offers a little richness / concentration, a little spicy side as well as a beautiful acidulous sensation. It reveals notes of quince, kumquat and small notes lemon / lemon caviar associated with small touches of marmalade, candied pear as well as fine hints of verbena, racy minerality and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers juiciness, fat, a beautiful elegance, a beautiful definition, roundness, a certain richness (with an aerial side in its richness), a beautiful energy, an acidulous frame as well as dynamism. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of candied pear, marmalade and small notes sweet kumquat associated with touches of quince, lemon marmalade, hints of acacia, verbena, toasted almonds as well as fine hints of spices, a subtle hint of vanilla and a very discreet hint almost brioche / biscuit on the finish. Good length and persistence.
