There are notes of wild blackberry, wild strawberry and more slightly wild redcurrants associated with touches of liquorice, rosemary, scrubland, an almost minty touch, with very discreet hints of pepper as well as with a very discreet saline hint, a heather hint, with a subtle hint of oleander and chocolate. Very beautiful freshness in the background. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, all finesse / elegance and offers juiciness, a nice freshness, a nice definition, precision, gourmandize, a beautiful acidulous frame, deepness, volume, power as well as a beautiful finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed / dried cassis, crushed raspberry and more slightly liquorice associated with touches of cherry, cherry blossoms, scrubland, rosemary, hints of thyme, chocolate, fine hints of pepper as well as a very discreet hint of tobacco and toasted almonds. Good length and persistence.
