There are notes of blackberry, Bigarreau cherry and more slightly crushed cassis associated with touches of liquorice, black olive, fine hints of lilac, local grove as well as very discreet hints of pepper and at a point of undergrowth. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a juicy / tangy frame, a certain deepness, concentration as well as juiciness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fairly ripe cassis, blackberry cream and more slightly of crushed blueberry associated with touches of crushed raspberry as well as fine hints of pulpy plum, zan, cardamom, almond, nutmeg, roasted rosemary / olive tree and a hint of pepper in the background. Tannins are finely marked and a bit tight. Good length.
