The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a mineral structure, a nice roundness, a little fat, greed as well as a little airy side in the approach of its richness / fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy Bigarreau cherry, crushed blueberry and more slightly blackberry associated with touches of wild strawberries, thyme, rose as well as fine hints of caramelization, tobacco and almond. Elegance on the finish.
