The nose is very discreetly tight and offers freshness, a fine grain as well as a little spicy touch. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, small crushed red currants and more slightly blueberry associated with violet, grey pepper, tobacco as well as a subtle hint of clove. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a tangy frame as well as a certain radiance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, small bright red currants and more slightly of juicy / tangy blueberry associated with touches of arbutus fruits, violet, rose, with fine hints of sage / local scrubland / local biotop as well as a very discreet dusty / chalk and nutmeg. Good length.
