Une fine mâche/du moelleux sur la fin de bouche/persistance. Un vin racé, riche mais tout en délicatesse et équilibre. Bonne longueur. The nose is fruity, elegant, aromatic and it offers certain power, the depth and a large palate. It reveals the notes of blackberry, the small black fruits, cherry, strawberry, voatsiperifery pepper, vanilla pod, bergamot, sweet spices, a discreet hint of cinnamon. The mouth is fruit and offers the juiciness, a tangy frame, the suavity, a good definition and certain gourmandize as well the tension, a airy character, richness, rounded, a nice racy minerality. The wine express the notes of tangy blackberry, juicy cassis, pulpy cherry associated with raspberry, cornflower, lily, the zan, the toasted hazelnut, a fine hint of cardamon, vanilla, an imperceptible hint of safran. A hint of cafe after taste. The tannins got elegant, precise and racy.
