It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, fleshy blackberry, small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with touches of small fruits, iris, lily, liquorice as well as discreet hints of citrus/orange and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, finely tight and offers juiciness, suavity, a small freshness, tension, energy and a n acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, juicy/acidulous Boysen berry, small notes of small red berries associated with touches of cherry, violet as well as fine hints of cherry blossom, sweet spices, nutmeg, a subtle hint of orange, chocolate and chocolate. Tannins are precise and finely firm. Good length. A subtle saline hint in the finish/persistence.
