La Parcelle 784 2018 – Castillon Côtes-de-Bordeaux 

The nose is powerful, fruity, racy, full of control and offers a small incisive side. It reveals notes of cassis, small wild black fruits, small notes of pulpy raspberry associated with touches of lily, nutmeg, discreet hints of green cardamom, pepper and a discreet hint of aromatic herbs. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers elegance, gourmandize, a small aerial side in the balance, power in its gestion as well as a beautiful mineral frame, delicacy, a small tension and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, pulpy Boysen berry, cassis, small notes of wild raspberry associated with touches of nutmeg, lily, green cardamom, black tea as well as fine hints of pepper (in the background) and toasted. Tannins are precise, soft and well-built. Sapidity and softness in the finish.
