L’Inclassable 2020 – Médoc, Organic

(Organic, Vegan) The nose is fruity and offers concentration, a small freshness and a certain deepness. It reveals notes of wild cassis, black plum, small notes of small black berries associated with touches of griotte, violet, cherry blossom as well as fine hints of camphor, liquorice stick, black tea and a discreet hint of black pepper. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, precision, juiciness, a small tension, freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of griotte, small bright black berries, small notes of wild cassis associated with a touch of black plum, camphor, zan, graphit as well as discreet hints of mocha, black pepper. Tannins are supple. A hint of bitterness of the cocoa on the finish/persistence.
