The palate is fruity, finely tight and offers juiciness, freshness, a small tension, precision and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/juicy cassis, fresh violet, small notes of peony associated with touches of small red berries as well as fine hints of nutmeg, clove and spices. Tannins are finely marked.
