On the nose, fruity, chiseled, racy, offering elegance. We find notes of lemon caviar, dried zest and more slightly flinty notes associated with touches of berries, fine spices and an imperceptible varietal/warm sap touch. The palate is fruity, well balanced and offers an acidic framework, juiciness, smoothness, a certain fat, roundness as well as a certain greed and dynamism. On the palate, it expresses notes of juicy/pulpy lemon, green apple and more slightly caviar lemon combined with touches of berries, white flowers, warm sap and dried almond/spice. Good persistence. Fine hints of berries on the finish. A slight hint of oxidative style.
