The palate is fruity, well-balanced, framed and offers minerality, a nice freshness, a small tension, a mineral frame, a good definition as well as a fine aerial side. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon, mesocarp and more slightly of fresh flowers associated with small touches of lemon seed, a subtle almost minty hint, medicinal herbs as well as discreet mineral hints, a very discreet hint of white pepper and white oak (in the background). Good length. Presence of a discreet hint of dried nuts on the aftertaste.
