The nose is spicy with power and a certain concentration. There is a fine dusty side. There are notes of quince, physalis and more slightly of dried yuzu associated with touches of aromatic / medicinal herbs as well as hints of verbena, lime blossom as well as fine almost menthol hints, fresh licorice and of oak. The palate is fruity, precisely built and offers a tangy frame, a certain tension, finesse, concentration as well as precision. We find a nice freshness with a small fat. There are notes of quince, small dried yellow berries and more slightly of dried zest associated with touches of physalis, medicinal herbs, a hint of toasted almond, nutmeg, with thin almost caramelized hints, menthol as well as a very discreet hint of pepper and pâtisseries (in the background).
