On the nose, aromatic, it offers power. It reveals the notes of blackberry, violet and slightly ripe/fresh small black fruits associated with touch of cherries, sweet spices, a discreet hint of pepper as well as an imperceptible touch of varietal/saline. On the mouth it is fruity, finely tight and it offers freshness and the minerality, a good definition, a certain gourmandize as well as a tangy frame, juiciness, the volume and the fat. The wine express the notes of juicy/tangy cassis, blackberry, boysenberry and crunchy small red currants associated with touch of strawberry as well as fine hint of toast, nutmeg. A very discreet hint of salinity at the end of the palate/persistence. The tannins are silky.
