Clos Saint-Vincent 2020 – Saint-Emilion

On the nose fruity, discreetly tight and offers fine texture, power and harmony. It reveals notes of bright blackberry, fresh dark berries and subtle blueberry, violet, and combined with hints of tonka bean, sweet spice, cuben pepper and a discreet hint of cardamom. On the palate, fruity and offers juiciness, sweetness, a certain gourmandize, an acidic frame and good definition, precision, a combination of richness, finesse and freshness. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright small black currants and a touch of cornflower associated with nuances of wild raspberry, tonka bean, fine camphor and sweet spices. The tannins are fine, precise, well conducted and finely mellow. Good length.
