The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a very fine power/richness all in finesse/subtility. It reveals notes of bright sour cherry, raspberry, small notes of pulpy blackberry associated with fine touches of tonka bean, cardamom, purple plum as well as a discreet hint of graphite, toasted hazelnut. The mouth is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a good definition, roundness, fat as well as a nice tension (all in finesse), energy, freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, fresh/pulpy blackberry, notes of violet associated with touches of fresh/pulpy raspberry, purple bright plum as well as hints of cardamom, tonka bean and a fine hint of sapid in the finish/persistence. A fine chew at the end of the palate/persistence.
