The nose is fruity and offers elegance, a nice definition/finesse of the grain, richness and a nice fleshy fruit. It reveals notes of fleshy raspberry, pulpy/fresh cherry, small notes of violet associated with touches of lily, star anis as well as a discreet hint of sweet spices, dark tea, hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of cinnamon (in the background). The mouth is fruity, balanced and offers freshness, a good definition, a certain gourmandize, juiciness, tension, and a nice precision/definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright cherry, small notes of raspberry associated with touches of violet, lily, star anis as well as hints of liquorish stick, fresh hazelnut, a subtle hint of tea and crushed almond. The tannins are massive, present and finely soft.
