The nose is fresh, fruity and it offers a certain elegance, a fine sensation of tension and depth. It reveals notes of fresh apple, fresh/juicy peach, small notes of peach flower associated with touches of lemon/yuzu as well as fine hints of small fruits, an imperceptible hint of spices and a very discreet hint of iodine/saline. The mouth offers freshness, fruit, gourmandize as well as a nice fat, elegance and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy Quenette, bright apple, small notes of lemon associated with touches of yuzu, lychee as well as fine hints of lemon blosoom, a discreet hint of nearly saline/iodine and elderberry blossom.
