Château Peyredon Lagravette 2020 – Haut-Médoc

The nose is fruity, finely tight, aromatic and offers a fine concentration, precision as well as fine aerial side. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, small pulpy fruits, small notes of cornflower, violet associated with small touches of raspberry as well as fine hints of spices, nutmeg, a discreet hint of pepper and sweet blond tabaco (in the background). On the mouth is fruity, balanced and offers minerality, freshness, a good definition, a certain juiciness as well as tension, a discreetly tight grain and dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, small berries, small notes of wild strawberry associated with hints of tonka bean, caramelization, toasted and a subtle hint of fresh vanilla. Good length. The tannins are precis, discreetly firm and offers gourmandize/freshness.
