Hubert de Boüard – Merlot 

The nose is fruity and offers freshness, a certain power as well as intensity. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, cassis, small notes of violet associated with touches of fleshy strawberry as well as fine hints of grey pepper and a subtle hint of tea. On the mouth is fruity, balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, a certain gourmandize, suavity, a small richness, fat and fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, cassis, small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of small pulpy fruits as well as hints of chocolate, caramelization, and fine hints of sweet blond tabaco. Good length.
