The mouth is fruity, balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, minerality, a nice fat (probably from the stirring of the wine), roundness, gourmandize, precision, elegance as well as a fine crystallin side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, pulpy peach, small notes of crushed apple associated with touches of kumquat, apricot, hints of zests, racy minerality as well as a discreet hint of flower, toasted, butter and an imperceptible hint of nearly eucalyptus.
